Saalex Solutions Awarded GPS Subcontract under SAIC

Saalex Solutions Inc. has been awarded a subcontract under SAIC to provide state of the art engineering for the NAVSTAR Global Positioning System (NAVSTAR GPS). Saalex will provide expert technical engineering services for the evaluation and development of equipment and systems, incorporating advanced technologies that provide for the enhanced and reliable performance of GPS integrated systems, technical evaluation, analysis, modeling and simulation. Additionally, Saalex will provide test planning for the development of emergent, next generation equipment and software implementation. NAVSTAR Global Positioning Systems (NAVSTAR GPS) provides global three-dimensional positioning, velocity and time information systems for military vehicles. Saalex Solutions, Inc. (SSI) is a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance company, with a focus on Systems of Systems Engineering, Test and Evaluation, Modeling and Simulation, Design synthesis, and operations concepts for Space and Missile systems domains. Saalex Solutions is the recipient of the World Class Team Award given by Northrop Grumman, in recognition for excellence as a top defense subcontractor/supplier. Saalex Solutions is a 2005 Nunn-Perry Award winner and is currently working with the Department of Defense (DOD) on systems engineering and technical support of the Naval surface weapons programs.
